For Home, Auto & Business Policies

You can use the Find a Claim tool to find your claim adjuster's contact information. You will need the date your claim occurred or your policy number.

For Flood Policies

You can find your claim adjuster's information by contacting Flood Customer Service at 877-348-0552, and pressing #4,1.

Your independent insurance agent can help answer your questions about your policy. Your agent’s information is available on your invoice. You can also locate it by logging into your MySelective account.

Personal Insurance: Customers who have their MySelective account activated can easily see their deductible online on the “Policy Details” screen. Under "My Policies," select the policy to view "Policy Details." Your deductible is available under the "Coverage" tab within "Policy Details." 

Commercial Insurance: Customers who have their MySelective account activated can see their deductible online on the "Policy Details" screen. Under "My Policies," select the policy to bring up additional details. Your deductible can be found within the policy PDF under the "Documents" tab.

Yes, you can immediately create a COI within MySelective. Simply select the desired policy, then click or tap the “Create Certificate of Insurance” button. After you've entered the required information, the system will generate a copy of your COI in your browser and send a copy to your registered email address.

For Home, Auto & Business Policies

Auto ID cards are available directly in your MySelective account for most states, with the option to view them immediately or request to receive them by email or mail.
