Your independent insurance agent can help answer your questions about your policy. Your agent’s information is available on your invoice. You can also locate it by logging into your MySelective account.
Personal Insurance: Customers who have their MySelective account activated can easily see their deductible online on the “Policy Details” screen. Under "My Policies," select the policy to view "Policy Details." Your deductible is available under the "Coverage" tab within "Policy Details."
Commercial Insurance: Customers who have their MySelective account activated can see their deductible online on the "Policy Details" screen. Under "My Policies," select the policy to bring up additional details. Your deductible can be found within the policy PDF under the "Documents" tab.
Flood Insurance: You can find your deductible online or by calling 877-348-0552 and pressing #3, Billing Questions, or pressing #4,1 for Customer Service.
