With a convenient Digital Policy from Selective, customers enjoy 24/7 online access, and immediate delivery for all of their important policy documents, directly in their Online Account.
To quickly and easily sign up for Digital Policy, customers can:
- Log in to their Online Account from a PC or tablet
- Click ‘Settings’ gear icon
- Then click ‘Paperless’ where they can choose the Digital Policies they’d like to access
Mobile App
The intuitive Selective Mobile App experience provides customers the same accommodating features of an Online Account, right at their fingertips. With the Mobile App, customers receive everything they need to manage their policy on the go.

Live Chat assistance is an alternative contact method that allows customers to skips the call to the Contact Center and quickly receive answers to their important questions. This easy-to-use feature, available 8AM-5PM ET Monday-Friday, is the newest way for customers to directly contact one of our knowledgeable Customer Care team experts, not a chatbot or third-party vendor. To access Live Chat from an Online Account or Mobile App, customers can:
