Staff that I spoke with did not address my questions and repeatedly asked me to contact my agent. They actually put me on hold promising to come back on the line but actually transferred my call to my agent. I got the impression that they did not want to go the extra mile or even explain how my policy numbers were not correct. I am concerned that Selective would treat me the same way should I have a claim.

I was not able to use your web site to pay my renewal premium or to even access any documents about my policy. I was able to pay the premium by speaking to your agent. I asked her to check on what was wrong with the web site and when it would be fixed. She said no one else had complained. Although I accomplished my goal of paying for renewal, I would have been much happier if she had taken a stronger interest in solving the root cause of the problem.

The rep quickly resolved my issue, however I would like a better explanation as to why an incorrect past due statement was mailed to me on July 26, 2023when your own records show my VISA was charged on July 10, 2023 nd the policy was in effect as of renewal date of July 12, 2023. It's extremely troubling to receive an incorrect statement, and raises questions about the accuracy of your billing system.
